Lamaline Heritage Museum

A glimpse into the community’s past. The Lamaline Heritage Museum has eight rooms displaying unique artifacts depicting life in the late 1800s and early 1900s, a model dory collection handcrafted by former Lamaliner/author/songwriter Otto Kelland, World War I and II, Genealogy, the Inshore Fishery and Scientific and Local Data on the Tsunami/Tidal Wave of 1929.

This museum is operated by the Lamaline Heritage Society whose mandate is to research, develop and promote the history and culture of the Lamaline area through Tidal Wave Interpretation sites throughout the area
