When can I move here?

It depends upon the availability of the space matching your requirements, Once confirmed you can move in anytime by booking your appointment
How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill through hard cash or use your debit or credit cards. Our customer support will guide you throughout the payment process.
What is my responsibility if my address changes?
All you need to do is provide us the copies of your previous and present address we will take care of the rest.
How should I pack my things for storage?
We have a specially trained team for packing the goods. You can ask for an appointment or you can follow our packing tips and do it on your own.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all type of payment methods. For the payment related issues please contact our customer care support they will guide you throughout the payment process.
How do I move in my items?
After all the packing has been completed make a call to our executive and ask for the move in we will provide you the transportation facility.
Are there any restricted Items?
Yes, objects such as weapons of any kind are restricted in the storage and all the illegal materials are also not accepted.
What if I forget my gate access code?
You can reset your access code by verifying the identity proof’s that you provided earlier. Once you r verified you can access your storage just like before.
